The walk from the parking lot to the venue is an uncovered, smooth and well-maintained gravel path with a slight incline. The ceremony and reception will both be in climate-controlled, indoor spaces. The two spaces are right next to each other, a few yards apart. In case of rain, umbrellas are available at the venue, but the number is limited (40). There are outdoor spaces available for those who don't want to be stuck inside (a large flat patio with chairs and fire pits, plus plenty of sprawling green lawn).

For anyone who needs a quiet break to decompress, there are both designated outdoor spaces and a secluded loft area. Note that the venue is fully wheelchair accessible except for the loft.

Suggested arrival time is ~3:45PM. The ceremony begins promptly at 4PM, so please give yourself enough time to park, find the space, and take care of things like water or bathroom breaks before finding your seat.

To reiterate here, we recommend flying into either Bradley Airport in Hartford, CT (about 40min away) or Logan Airport in Boston, MA (about 2hrs away), and there are both train and bus stations in downtown Northampton, which is where we recommend staying (about 10-15 min from the venue).

The venue has an ample lot with free parking. We will not be providing transportation but the region does support both Uber and Lyft.

Your invitation will specify exactly how many guests you personally are able to bring, either named, or numbered. If your invitation does not already cover the people you're asking about, we do not have space for them.
